Jim Lovejoy is a Services Consultant for an automotive coatings company called AkzoNobel.  He has been in the Collision industry for 13 years.  As a Services Consultant, Jim co-facilitates performance groups, teaches Educational classes, conducts onsite consultating, and provides numerous other services and tools to his body shop customers.  One of the consulting services Jim provides is Continuing Education classes for insurance agents and staff.  During his career with AkzoNobel, Jim has taught over 200 CE classes to more than 5,000 attendees.  His education features a bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato  with dual majors in Business and Personnel Management.  In addition, Jim brings twelve years of General Manager and multi-unit management experience to the AkzoNobel team.

These classes are designed for Licensed Insurance Agents and Customer Service Representatives.  They are also useful for unlicensed office personnel and claims staff.  Only licensed individuals will receive Minnesota and Wisconsin Certified Continuing Education (CE) Credits.

Each class is 2 hours in length and is accredited by the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Attending both classes will give you 2 General Education credits and 2 Ethics credits.

This class is free of charge, but fills up quickly.
