We just leased a 2011 Rav4, and it was a great experience. We actually came into Heintz to have some service on our Matrix, (which we also bought from Laurie Danberry at Heintz) and to look at a Rav that we were planning on getting sometime in the future. We ended up talking with Laurie for quite awhile, one thing led to another, and we walked out with a new car! That said, we didn't feel pressured or forced into the situation. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I have had to have some body work done several times and I have never recieved anything but the best service and pricing. I have purchased tires for my car through Toyota and have had oil changes and check ups many times over the years. I plan to continue dealing with this company for many years to come. I went into Heintz Toyota in Mankato, MN with a used, 2006, Chevy impala thinking I would like to trade it on a new vehicle sometime. A sales woman came out to the lot, it was very cold and windy and introduced herself to me. I was very impressed with her professional attire and smile, yet down to earth with her friendliness. She asked if I had anything special in mind. As I did not she invited me into her office to discuss different vehicles and purchase options. She provided me with an enormous amount of information and answered all my questions. I was very thorough with all the features of the vehicle. I wasn't quite ready to make a decision but after weighing all the options and keeping in mind the great service I've always received from Heintz it was a "no-brainer". I am very satisfied with my decision to trade and and purchase with a company that has always treated me like I'm the most important customer they have.

EVERYONE at Heintz Toyota in Mankato was great! They were very friendly and most helpful. From the time I came in the front door until I drove the car home a couple of days later, I felt like they really cared about me. Laurie, the salesperson, was wonderful to work with. She showed me the Camrys and gave me a complete list of options. Mankato didn't have the car in the Cypress Pearl color I wanted, but Laurie found one and it was ready in two days. When I picked the car up Laurie was very patient as we went through the checklist and answered all my questions. She took me to the service department where Paul helped with scheduling my first appointment. Natalie, in finance, was very professional and pleasant to work with when signing my lease. Ben, the owner, even took a couple of minutes to say thanks. I've now bought or leased six Camrys from Heintz. As long as Heintz Toyota is in business I'll be a customer.

We bought the car from her (love the gas mileage!) and a year later took our daughter in to lease a new Camry. There was no pressure from Laurie, just wonderful help. Anytime we need to ask questions, she's always willing to provide us with an answer or seeks the correct information out. It's no wonder she has been the top salesperson for so many years. The Prius was our first Toyota, and obviously not the last nice we pretty much gave our daughter no choice but to deal with Laurie on another Toyota (which, by the way, our daughter is very satisfied!)
