We are currently conducting the special service campaign to correct the possibility of a sticking accelerator pedal on certain Toyota models. All parts and repair processes are now in place at Heintz Toyota to complete this important campaign.
This campaign involves only certain models of Toyotas and we can now advise you as to whether your car qualifies for this repair.
It is important to note that your Toyota may not be one of the affected models. Owners of affected models will be contacted by Toyota shortly if their vehicle is affected.
To relieve confusion and make these repairs as quickly as possible, we have developed three ways for you to find out if your vehicle is affected, and if so, have this safety campaign completed right away.

Special Service Hours
Our regular Service Department hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am until 1:00 pm.
We are currently assessing the need for extended hours during this special service campaign. Depending on our customers’ needs, we are ready and able to extend our service hours to accommodate your needs and will post these special hours on our website.
Our goal is to complete these repairs as quickly as possible, provide you with superior service, and restore your confidence in your Toyota and our Dealership.
