Helps Agents improve their understanding of the collision repair refinish and quality assurance process enabling them to better set their insured's expectations relative to claims processing.

Classes will be held at Heintz Toyota of Mankato
These classes are designed for Licensed Insurance Agents and Customer Service Representatives. They are also useful for unlicensed office personnel and claims staff. Only licensed individuals will receive Minnesota and Wisconsin Certified Continuing Education (CE) credits.
