I am a first time customer of Heintz Toyota and they've certainly won me over.  From the point I walked in the door to the point I drove off with my new vehicle, it was a fantastic experience.  The entire staff was extremely helpful answering my questions and guiding me through the buying process.  They made it very easy for me to make my decision and I felt no pressure at any time.  Specifically, Laurie Danberry worked very hard to make sure I had what I needed and was both patient and extremely knowledgeable.  Laurie is a true professional and I would highly recommend working with her.

Buying a new car can be a traumatic ordeal.  However, it was not so with Marsha.  She made us feel at home at Heintz.  She worked extremely hard to make our purchase a pleasant and happy one.  I know she will be available for any unforeseen problems or questions in the future.
I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.  By the way,  lunch and flowers were a nice touch.  Also, coming in on her day off continued to exhibit her thoughtfulness.

Before coming to Mankato...

Before coming to Mankato for my husband's new job assignment, my husband & I did a research. We had a Highlander before that we gave to our son so we decided to get a RAV4 this time. When we arrived in Mankato, we immediately located a Toyota dealer. The morning we looked at cars at Heintz Toyota, Marsha saw us & introduced herself to us. She was professional, knowledgeable, & very customer oriented in every way. After we decided on a car, she took us to her office. The pictures & plaques in her office revealed to us added blessings: #1. that Marsha enjoys very much being a grandma, #2. that she shares her time with others as a hospice volunteer. Doing business with people who love their family & who care about others who need support mean a lot to my husband & me. After finalizing our purchase, my husband asked Marsha if we could have free Toyota caps, Marsha joyfully gave those to us. The day we picked up my new car, Marsha was so thoughtful to give me flowers. With that flower arrangement was a thank you note with a gift certificate for a celebration meal. What a special day it was for us! Marsha also joyfully took a few pictures of my husband & me by our new car. Her colleague Dave who spoke to us about insurance & extended warranty, & the other two guys we met who do maintenance & service were equally professional in every way. All these many positive experiences with Marsha & her colleagues added up to an excellent experience in buying our new RAV4. We felt taken care of & very much appreciated as Toyota customers. Thank you Marsha & colleagues! Thank you Heintz Toyota!

Heintz Toyota is a great place to do business.

Heintz Toyota is a great place to do business.  From the moment we stepped into the dealership, we felt we were important.  The greeter that sits toward the opening of the dealership was so welcoming and friendly.  She really set the tone for our visit.  We met with Laurie Danberry and our experience continued on a very positive note.  She was super personable and in no way pushy.  She listened to what we wanted and helped sort out the many options available to us.  We ended up test driving three different vehicles before choosing the one for us.  She continued her helpfulness by making our trade price and paperwork go smoothly.  When it came time to pick up our vehicle, Laurie spent more time helping us go over how to use some of the options included in our car.  She even set up our phone!
Our overall experience at Heintz Toyota was great!

It is always a pleasure to walk in to Heintz Toyota-Scion when it is time to lease  a new vehicle.  You are welcomed at the front door by Ginger and directed to the sales  person you are asking for and from there on it is a delightful experience.  Our sales rep, Laurie Danberry knows cars, always listens to what you want and comes up with the perfect car.  Laurie is always excited for you and the possibility that she can help you find the perfect car.  A+++

The service department  that takes care of your car after the sale is also A+++

We just leased our third Camry from Heintz Toyota-Scion from a superior group of people who car.  The finest A+++ dealership anywhere.

I had owned a new 2006 Toyota Avalon...

I had owned a new 2006 Toyota Avalon I bought in the fall of 2005 from Mark Yuhas and was pleased with how he treated me then.  Better yet I put 155,626 miles on that car and never had a lick of a problem.  Replaced the brakes once and did regular oil changes, best car I ever owned and I drove many of them over the years in my 44 year career. So why change.  I went back to Mark and test drove the Avalon Touring and limited. The Limited went to 18 inch tires which seemed to give it a tighter feel when I drove it.  The Touring seemed so much smoother and I didn't need all the bells & whistles of the Limited. In driving the car for about a week now, I love it!  The hybrid engine is great and the gas mileage is superb.  I have absolutely no complaints and Mark and the dealership treated me really fair.  I don't think you can go wrong with them.

We started our car search this past Friday and our first stop was Heintz.  We never made it to another dealer.  We drove a few Camry's and loved them.  Went home and slept on it and came back the next day to buy it.  Jeff did a nice job of answering our questions and convinced us that the Camry would be perfect for us.  They also gave us a very fair trade-in offer on our Sentra.  Was the first time I've never felt lowballed on a trade.

After having had a problem with a previous Toyota purchase at another dealership, I was transferred to Heintz Toyota for warranty work.  Even though I had not purchased my new Toyota at Heintz, I was treated like a loyal customer, and the problem was resolved quickly and with professionalism.  I was so impressed with the way the service manager and owner treated customers that I returned recently when I decided to purchase a new Prius.  Al Clennon and Max Heintz were helpful, considerate, and friendly salesmen.  The most important aspects, however, were the fair trad/purchase prices and the fact that I did not feel pressured to make a hasty decision.  I check prices/trades with Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book and took my time to choose carefully the car and options I wanted.  The salespeople have excellent communication skills, and they made sure that I was satisfied with my choice and purchase.  The particular car I wanted was not on the lot, but it only took a couple days to get it.  Event though I live 60+ miles from Mankato, I find the quality of service and sales at Heintz Toyota worth the drive.

Marsha Hawker at Heintz Toyota was incredible!  She know what I wanted and with enthusiasm, knowledge of the vehicle and her winning personality she put me in just the right car.  She wasn't "pushy or threatening" as some sales people can be.  Heintz Toyota and Marsha Hawker have definitely earned my business.

Paul is knowledgeable and attentive to my requests for service.  He knows the product and he knows me, and his advice and counsel have always been helpful.  He can explain the "issue" relating to may car(s) and help me understand why a specific service is necessary.  He is part of the reason why Heintz Toyota of Mankato is what it is.  Members of my family have purchased or leased at least eight different Toyotas (3 Priuses, 2 Corollas, and 3 Camrys, one of which is a hybrid).  We appreciate Heintz Toyota of Mankato.
