What are we looking for?

Someone that can find a customer's wants and needs, answer questions on the spot, and be confident in exceeding customer expectations.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Greeting customers

Establishing a customer's needs

Test driving and product demonstrations

Asking for the purchase

Following up with customers and maintaining their information

Delivering vehicles

Following a sales process

Prospecting

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills (in-person, phone and internet)

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Organizational skills

A professional demeanor

Self motivation

A desire for continuous improvement

Sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation

Aggressive, production based compensation plan
